I now have 42 pieces of handmade jewelry made. That includes pendants, necklaces and earrings. If I keep it up, I will have enough for the craft fair. Does anyone have an idea about how many pieces of jewelry to have at a craft fair? I sold 8 pieces yesterday at work, so I need to make more. But how much is enough? 3 x 6 table in a 10 x 10 space. I need help with that and what to put them on. Any ideas?

Ok, so my daughter gives me an early birthday present - 1/2 payment for a craft fair booth at the local high school for December 4th. She is a sweetie! :) So, since this will be my first one, I've got my "to do" list, my research on craft fair booths done, my business cards printed and some display stands to use. I have jewelry that I've already made, some new designs laid out and ready to put together and test (they can't just be beautiful, the pieces have to be wearable, too). I have a new set of wire and jewelry tools on hand and plenty of room to work. Now, to find the time to get at least 50 pieces done before the fair...

Ah, summer! Stocking up on fruit for the coming year... Went to the park to get two boxes of peaches at 7 am this morning. Friend gave me a whole bag of crab apples. Regular apples were on sale at the farmers market for - 57 cents per pound! So, kids and I got busy today and made: Five quarts of crab apple juice for jelly (and now I'm not popular with daughter 'cause she had to prepare about a thousand little crab apples to go in the kettle to make the juice - haha mom's revenge!)
